Position: Virtual Assistant
Type: Contract (Remote)
Hours: Part-time (15-20 hours/week to start)
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Assist in managing client communication, drafting emails, and scheduling appointments.

Calendar & Task Management: Help keep client schedules organized and track project deadlines.

Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, lead tracking, data entry, and file management.

Social Media: Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

Project Support: Help with project management, including organizing files, updating project timelines, and tracking progress.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong time management skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience with project management tools like Click up, Trello, or similar.

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus.

Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation.

Bookkeeping experience is an asset but not required
